Radio to 84. 84, go ahead. Just 84, if you can head over to 2nd and Canfield, you'll be meeting a female near a gray vehicle. Her vehicle was broken too. Stolen item was a suitcase. She's checking to see if her tools were stolen as well. She is the register owner. The license plate for that vehicle is Edward Queen Robert 2811, and she's not Wayne State affiliated. I'll be putting the information in the CAD shortly.
