120, 130, respond for an unwanted, 3840 Washington Boulevard. 3840 Washington Boulevard at Burger King near Old Washington Boulevard and I-695. Brian is the caller. Customer at Burger King won't get out of the drive-thru, refusing to move the vehicle until she gets a free Whopper. Suspect is a white female, 30s to 40s, wearing a tank top, blonde ponytail, and a white SUV.
