Units, 4502 and 5701, status check in the area of the G&V Auto Care, 112 Old Liverpool Road, cross of Greenpoint Ave. No one to meet with, caller's reporting a 30s, dark-skinned male, about 6'3". He's standing next to an e-bike, appears to be working on it, but he ripped off his shirt and he's been screaming, pacing back and forth.
