Base to 3 Black 23 and 3 Delta 39. Black 23. 39. Both units head to Woodstreet Commons, 301 3rd Avenue, between Woodstreet and Smithfield Street. Female tried to assault the complainant. You'll be looking, and there were three parties that were involved. The incident is currently in progress. You'll be looking for a female with a blue jacket, pink camo pants, red and blonde hair.
