113. Have a child left alone, 1445 West Cortez. 1445 West Cortez. Caller says there's a child locked inside of a green Jeep Wrangler. It's a constant issue. Usually when this happens, the child's parents are doing drugs. Fire is en route. Force entry into the vehicle. They're requesting the police.
