20 Valpo, suspicious person. 20. In the area of Dollar General, 3024 Calumet, approximately 15 minutes ago, caller advised there is a male, late 30s, possibly 40s, wearing a black shirt and a red undershirt, followed her from behind tubes to Dollar General, asked her for change, appeared to possibly be having a mental episode and a threatening presence.
