This is information regarding a 916 at University and Bacon. Three ago, three dirt bikers speeding through stop signs going northbound University. Not wearing helmets. One bike is red, one is blue, one is an unknown color. Subjects are possibly Latin male, white male, all wearing ski masks, dark clothing, no weapons. This is just information in the May before.
