It's a red Nissan Altima, swerving, last seen northbound, northbound, had dark tinted windows, possibly a female driver. They gave plate a 3 Echo Tango Fox 4, that returns to a 2011 white Nissan Altima. Again, all units attempt to locate it, 1804.
