Got a check welfare, 5259 High Crossing Boulevard. Caller reporting a woman is freaking out in the lot there, slamming her purse into the car. It's going to be a white female, early 20s, all black dress, shirt and shorts. The vehicle she was hitting with her purse was a white sedan.
