Caller reports a Black male in his 20s or 30s, 5'8", medium-build with a white shirt and gray shorts, and a Black female in her 20s or 30s, 5'5", heavy set, green shirt, green shorts, having a disturbance in the car at the location. Caller says the male went to the business with male.
