5. Portage 5, I apologize. I don't know what your sections are yet, but I have due now complaint, Prospect Avenue and Armstrong Street. There's a bunch of kids that are riding those motorized scooters in the roadway. Cars are slamming on their brakes, swerving. RP is anonymous, but afraid someone's going to get hit.
