1452. 1452. You can send me 1196, I'll drive by and check it. Received. 2015 Fawcett Avenue, currently in front of there's a budget truck with Oklahoma plates, 3 Henry 5765. Two males that are unloading at least 100 tires, blocking the roadway, also possibly high on marijuana. A white male, 20s, 5'9", heavy-build, holding brown shirt and shorts, and a white male, 20s, 5'6", thin-build, short, dark hair, dark shirt.
