It's going to be for a felony, menacing. Just occurred, 8700 block of Zuni. RP's Spanish speaking. Stated 15 ago, her male friend pointed a knife at her and put it to her neck and slashed the tire in her truck. No injuries. He has left the area, unknown direction. Still getting more info.
