820 North Michigan, Leven Park East, across the street from this address, the caller has observed that there is a dark gray Dodge Charger parked over there. Plate number David Ocean 7750 that she believes she heard police were looking for in a hit-and-run. The only thing I was able to find in her history was a hit-and-run to a pole involving a Dodge Charger this morning that occurred at Michigan and Bartlett. There was no caller listed. 820 North Michigan.
