428, can you head towards the suspicious? I'll send you the first. Affirm. Near the U-Haul, 4690 South 4000 West. Complainant is a passerby. States that they saw a male walking around the U-Haul. It's a white male, long-sleeved, black shirt, gray shorts. He was carrying a short rifle. He wasn't brandishing it. He was with a second white male, 18 to 25, brown and orange uniform, hat backwards.
