at 111 Charlie, 111 Baker. 1 Charlie. 1 Baker. A general trouble, 2710 West Broadway at the Kroger for a shoplifter causing issues inside. Black female with a cane, black backpack, gray shirt and gray shorts. Again, advised they were stealing. The subject's now upset with the security guard for accusing her of stealing.
