9 Q4. Good afternoon. When you get up and moving, I got to check well-being with some time on it. 1943 West Bradley Place. Caller says that there was a male Black, 40 years old, not wearing a shirt but carrying a blue shirt, dark long shorts, throwing shoes into the street, appears to be agitated. She's in front of the home, doesn't know the guy, doesn't want to get out of her car. It does have time, though.
