Again, it's a male, white, 20s, brown cowboy hat, shirt, jeans, possibly near a vehicle, license plate of King Victor Adam 3945. He's refusing to leave. Brought in an outside drink and was asked to leave. Last seen still in the parking lot. 4 David 11 as well.
