to the Burlington Coat Factory, 1950 Warrensville Center Road. Our caller said a female came into the store around 1501 hours and started a fire on the clothing rack to use as a distraction and walked out of the building around 1508 hours with a loaded duffel bag. She's personally a 50-years-old, heavier set, Black female wearing camo clothing.
