Go ahead.IBM 10396, if you could let TDOT know that 240 eastbound at the 385 exit, they have the exit of 385 blocked up, they have the barricades up. Cars have gone around the barricades, cutting across the grass in medium, so they may want to shake their barricades out. Thank you.Thankyou.
