Handles to radio. Go ahead, ma'am. Can I get a zone car over at 19204 Shawnee? 19204 Shawnee. What's going on there, ma'am? I have to see these two dogs. I don't know if anyone's home. I knock on the door multiple times. Nobody's coming to the door. There's multiple vehicles in the driveway, and we just see these dogs four days ago for illegal tethering, and they've been tethered all night. I don't know if anyone's home.
