4503 Hickson Pike, 4503 Hickson Pike, off of Hamel and Bagwell, there at Scenic City Credit Union. RP advised a male party asleep in the vehicle, windows are all down, red sedan, possibly a Volvo. Suspect is a small child, approximately 7 years of age, in the backseat. Asking for officers to make contact. 67874, 67874.
