Caller doesn't want to be seen. Caller states an intoxicated white male, 40 years old, with a cutoff gray shirt, is riding a bicycle, screaming, acting erratically, riding around the park. No weapons, refused medical, last seen westbound on Underwood. 2 Adam 71.
