10-4. It could be 10-51 to Northport Behavioral. Should be 4501 Citizens Parkway, zone Edward 4. They're advising a male showed up at the front being belligerent, swearing, demanding. They call him an Uber. Should be a white male in his 40s with a blue shirt and a baseball cap and glasses, wearing khaki pants. He was last seen walking towards Wawa. He does seem signal 2. He kept pulling out little bags or bags.
