Emergency 103 and 107. 7. Respond over to 146 Shirley Ave. It's going to be apartment 9. It was called in by the resident stating two Hispanic males were yelling inside of the building near the emergency exit. They're described as wearing one wearing a black shirt, dark pants. The other has braided hair, wearing a white shirt. Be advised, no weapons were seen at this time. Time, 146 Shirley Ave.
