Cars, check for hazards. 16th and Leavenworth. 16th and Leavenworth. You can see Shanique. Said that four juveniles, three Hispanic males and one Hispanic female are riding electric scooters into oncoming traffic lanes. Alcohol or narcotics are possibly involved. Said the children were also yelling out racial slurs towards her caller. She can be seen at 801 South 15th.
