All the two units in 22 and citywide, we have a theft in progress, 9439 South Livid Street. Ms. Dinkins states that a neighbor, her neighbor is not home, but she's watching the camera. Says the person, no descriptors, is in her van. She has a white van and a gray van in front. She's unsure of which van the offender is in. Nothing further, zone 9, clear.
