Liquidation, 9813 Pacific Avenue South. About an hour and a half time delay. Now the caller was advising that there was a subject who jumped over the fence stealing materials. It's a white male, 20s to 30s, thin-build, blue baseball cap, blue tank top with a jersey, number 14 on the back with white pants. He was last seen standing on the south side of the deli tree and handing over merchandise to other transients.
