the box. 28423 Tombo Parkway as a jack-in-the-box. Reporting advised, there is an older black male in a black hat, black shorts, and black shirt. He's walking around with a fake-looking badge saying he's from the Harris County Sheriff's Office. He's acting strange, walking in a weird, stealthy way around vehicles, getting in and out of his vehicle. He is currently in a vehicle at the drive-thru. It's going to be a black Chevy truck.
