Alpha 211, Alpha 214, there's a major disturbance at 11350 LBJ Service Road Eastbound, at the Seagull Select. Caller's reporting of a disturbance with a Black female wearing a black bonnet, black shirt, black shorts. She came to the location making threats, advised that she will be coming back. Also said that the female was arrested and taken away earlier, but however, has returned to the location.
