3 King 28, 3 King 27 for a juvenile problem outside the Mardi Gras Apartments, 240-09-104th Ave Southeast. This will be in the parking lot just south of the complex. The RP says there's a group of teenagers hanging out and being loud. They have some sort of a campfire burning. 27, I'm going to start by sound. And do we have fire as the caller? I'll check.
