Frank 320, Baker 436 at 202. Possible overdose at 3830 North Vinewood. It's at the light post in front of the location. Black male, all black clothing, red shoes. He was lighting something up before he passed out. He's been at the location unconscious for the last 30 minutes with EMS en route. 3800 North, 6025 West.
