Lancaster, 112 Tom 2 handle, ladder 9T, Division Street, Avenue G, George, silver Ford hatchback, blocking lanes with hazards on, unknown plate, vehicles have to go around to avoid hitting the vehicle, inform that the passerby is no longer in the area, TAC 292, 112 Tom 2, handle. Lancaster units, further update on this 245, 417. Informant did not see 417, however, multiple DPs stated they have 417. DPs are in a blue Nissan Altima, a gray Toyota Camry. In a blue.
