Medic 76, we have a person walk up to us at 3260 Bloom Drive, stating a fire alarm is going off on the fourth floor of this building, and they smell smoke and left the building. Unknown if there's anyone else in the building. Can't see anything from the outside. Confirming that was 3260 Bloom Drive? Affirm. Copy that. I'll advise Richmond, it's their jurisdiction.
