931 Ocean, copy your message. It's a 647 at 13413 North 35th Avenue, building 17, in units 1094. Occurred 15 ago. Subject, Black male, 18 to 20 years old, 5'3", athletic build, all-black clothing, was trying to kick in the door at this 20. Subject ran into the parking lot and got into a red sedan, possibly a Hyundai Elantra, and left, unknown direction of travel. If there is a subject to not get in but for points on the door and window, there is no contact. It's 2124.
