Tent and round and check welfare, Hazlett and Okemos Road. Hazlett and Okemos Road. Caller witnessed 8 minutes ago, a dark-colored sedan hit an e-bike. Sedan took off eastbound on Hazlett. Caller's concerned about the bicyclist that they believe is still in the area. They did check on him. He said he was not injured. Was last seen going eastbound.
