Emergency removal, 1025 Lucky 3, Food Mart, 1940 12th Avenue Northeast, 1940 12th Avenue Northeast. Advise there's a Hispanic male wearing a blue shirt and a white male wearing black. They both were lighting fireworks in the PVA and throwing them in a trash can. Advise it's scaring her and the customers. They're currently behind the building.
