Condition 07, proceed. 07, can I get a box number? Best access is going to be south of 18th Street. Have units come from the south. Whatever's north of 19th Street is blocked off right now. It's a transformer fire at a ConEd building right now. 10-4. On 17th and 7th. 10-4, time is 19 minutes. 10-4.
