Units, be advised. We are getting a call for reckless driver. It originally came in at 5 and 34, but it was last seen near 58th Street and 5th Avenue North. It's going to be a black Toyota CHR, tag Kilo Echo Delta Victor 17. Vehicle was swerving and hitting groups, complaining that the driver's possibly code 2. Was heading westbound on 5.
