138, 104, copy, theft investigation. 138. 104. 9251, 9251 White Settlement Road. It's going to be at the Shell gas station. Caller is a white male wearing all black. He's on the left-hand side of the store outside. Says he would like to report his food stamp card and his phone are stolen. He's very erratic. He kept saying he didn't want to do something stupid. Also states he has bipolar disorder and he was trying to prevent himself from going back to his exes and doing something stupid. 138. Received. 144, show me 10-8 from the traffic stop. We'll be en route to that.
