42 to chopper. Victim's saying he went southbound versus the 30B, attempted to 14 him. Okay, uh, was this a guy 10 minutes? About 5 minutes ago. Male black, all black, 5'6", tattoos on his arms, jeans, and a beanie. Alright, do we have any short north, uh, that's southbound that could be on the lookout for this guy, uh, if the victim repressed charges? Victim wants to repress charges. He also had a black shirt and a black beanie. Late 20s to early 30s.

We'll check Taco Bell first, see if he wants to be a victim. We're looking at 5th Street. I'm not really seeing anything standing out in terms of people running or anything like that, but we'll continue to look. I copy, and I'm trying to get Donald back on the phone now to see if he's meeting protesters in the area.
