He states, just a little bit ago, unknown what that means, a black male, a black sleeveless t-shirt, blue joggers, carrying a book bag, walked up to his front door, pulled something out of the bag and tried to get into the front door. That subject was last seen on foot walking towards the Hermitage Apartments.
