on 5. Thank you, standby. 14 on 5. Thank you, standby. 17 on Channel 5. Thank you. Both cars got a crowd disturbance. 16959 Evans Plaza. 16959 Evans Plaza at Target. Security says 20 juveniles are in the back parking lot with crowbars and poles, throwing car parts, being loud. Caller was advising there was a white male wearing a black shirt and a baseball cap.
