1350 West Lake Lansing, in the apartment lot near section B on the west side. Male and female were screaming at each other near a white Chevy Equinox. Male was approaching staff at one point. It'll be a white male, no shirt, glasses, dark pants, and a backpack, now walking towards the vehicle. Unknown location on the female, though.
