2301, 2299 suspicious activity at Lowe Drive and Meandering Drive. Said it's a one minute time delay. A young male, Black male, 15 to 19 years old, wearing all black, possibly carrying a gun, last seen walking down the alley, the alley of Lowe towards Meandering.
