Candy 308. 1602 Wheeler Street South. A lot of history here. Said that a resident tomorrow threw a brick at the caller's vehicle during an argument just now. Party appears possibly higher intoxicated. It's a Samoan female, 40s, 5 foot, heavy-build, black hair, blue shirt, and gray and brown shorts. We're getting another caller now.
