10-4, sir. I just ran his name, and he is on parole and probation. I'm going to do more digging. The case is an unknown robbery, 1152 East North Avenue. Child's father assaulted her and took her wallet. One male, wearing a black shirt and black pants, last name Marvin Hawkins. Caller states she was assaulted at approximately 25 minutes. No weapon involved at the time.
