I hope this has nothing to do with someone not being able to afford AC. Years ago my grandma had her Doctor write some sort of letter informing the electric company that she needed assistance with paying her bill. It was for health related reasons.

Hope they are alright I know a lot of elderly people in there who I talk to and am friends with hope it’s not one of them but whoever it is hope they recover soon
