Skyway. I have an area check for a confused gentleman, South 128 and Renton Avenue South. 1884, I can reroute for that. Copy. It sounds like he's on Renton now, between 128 and 132. Black male, 60s, appears to be rather confused, keeps driving around on a scooter in the middle of the roadway.
