Any Foothill unit, we have some suspect there now near the residential daycare at 10446 Whitegate. Suspect is a male, Black, 30, 35 years, blue shirt, beige pants, with a backpack, armed with an unknown object, striking parked vehicles. It's Code 2, incident 3661 and RD 1656.
